Causes of Hemorrhoids
No one wants to suffer from hemorrhoids or piles even if they are in their 50’s already. Mostly, hemorrhoids target adults when they are in middle age so it is simply a dreaded condition that no one ever wants to go through. Although it is highly treatable, the pains that come with having hemorrhoids are not worth the middle years.
When people are afflicted with hemorrhoids, they feel ashamed to seek help from their family, friends, or even a qualified physician. Indeed, with meager information about hemorrhoids printed in newspapers, magazines, or even online, many people believe that hemorrhoids are pretty rare conditions. If you have noticed or been diagnosed to have hemorrhoids, it is important to be aware and informed of what hemorrhoids are, their causes, and their symptoms. Basically, hemorrhoids are a widespread condition hitting you expectantly at your bottom.
Every one has hemorrhoidal veins which can be found inside and outside your anus. When you are suffering from hemorrhoids, these veins in your anal area are swollen which results from hemorrhoid symptoms to crop up such as itching, burning, bleeding, and overall pain and discomfort.
In fact, you should keep in mind the two types of hemorrhoids. These are external and internal hemorrhoids. External hemorrhoids can be found outside an anus and usually, you can find them with swollen veins that shape a soft lump roughly in your anal opening. This lump will dry up and turn hard if ever you have developed blood clots. External hemorrhoids are indeed so excruciating to have since the tissue on your anus is heavily covered with nerves that indicate pain and sting.
When it comes to internal hemorrhoids, most people are not even aware that they have hemorrhoids down there. It occurs inside the anal canal and when the veins are irritated, they bleed during bowel release. Hard stools cause the development of internal hemorrhoids and you can see you are starting to bleed whenever you are releasing your bowels.
Whether you have external or internal hemorrhoids, it is crucial to have them checked and examined by a doctor to help you find cure and preventive measures for your hemorrhoids. Also, the development of hemorrhoids can be attributed to other grave medical conditions or may be due to cancer.
To be aware of its causes, you should know that hemorrhoids are also due to straining on your bowel movement and an improper diet. These two factors go together since consumption of unhealthy foods can lead to constipation which can also result in hard stools so you have to strain your bowel movement.
Foods lacking in fiber can make you develop hemorrhoids. At times, modern toilet styles can promote further straining which is not good so it is better if you opt for a more convenient style that does not involve straining on the toilet bowl. Other causes why people get hemorrhoids include heredity, diarrhea, aging, pregnancy, and the use of laxatives. Moreover, weakened walls along the anal and rectal areas are prone to future hemorrhoid flare ups.
There is a lot to be said about Diet and Hemorrhoids. Diet assist in the prevention of Hemorrhoids. Diet can also cure hemorrhoids – just knowing what to do and when to do it is so powerful. Though having said that, when ever you experience bleeding that you are not sure about it is always a good thing to visit your Medical practitioner.

With the diets that people have today its no wonder that hemorrhoids and the pain associated with them affect so many people. Thrombosed external hemorrhoids are extremely painful and should be treated quickly.
Definitely agree that a high fiber diet will help. I am not in favor of surgery, not very safe especially when you consider the natural alternatives to treating hemorrhoids and piles.
